2001-2003: The Founding years

We began as a third-party credit management education provider for Dun & Bradstreet Canada, hosting training seminars for credit managers, business owners, and executives. After years of teaching, we transitioned to developing our own software and business credit reports for finance and sales professionals in Canada and the US.

2004 - B2B Credit Chex Inc. & B2B Freshly Investigated Credit Report Launch

We launched B2B Credit Chex Inc. to address the growing need for simplified credit reports. This led to the development of our own business credit reports, offering an alternative to traditional credit bureau database-type reports.

2005 - Online Credit Application Tool & Credit Management Portal Launch

As we grew, we adapted to the digital shift by moving away from paper applications and creating an online tool to streamline the process. This led to the B2B Credit Chex Credit Management portal—a secure, 24/7 platform for clients to manage digital applications and customer accounts anytime, anywhere.

2006-2018: Growth & Development

We’ve continuously updated our system to better serve our growing customer base in Canada and the US. Over the years, we've partnered with businesses across diverse industries, from waste management and logistics to food distribution and more, building strong, lasting relationships with clients of all sizes.

2020-2023: Credlab Development

As demand grew, our old backend couldn’t keep up, so we developed a more powerful system. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 years, we focused on building a scalable solution to meet our clients' needs.

2024 + Beyond: Credlab Launch & Future

Credlab has launched. New features are added monthly as needs evolve for our customers. In the future, we look forward to further innovating and growing with our customers.
